The Department of Computer Science and Engineering is committed to providing quality teaching and learning experiences for all our students. Since its inception in 2002, the department has built a strong foundation with a distinguished team of faculty known for their academic excellence, teaching expertise, mentoring, and active involvement in research and development.
The B.Tech programme in Computer Science and Engineering offers a comprehensive blend of core areas such as Programming, Data Structures, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Computing. This diverse curriculum enables students to pursue successful careers in the IT industry or continue higher studies in specialized domains. A wide range of electives allows students to explore and specialize in areas of their interest.
Our curriculum, designed under a credit-based system, is regularly updated in consultation with experts from industry and academia to keep pace with the rapidly evolving field of computing. The department is equipped with modern computing facilities, advanced software tools, and well-established laboratories that support both theoretical learning and hands-on practical experience.
We actively encourage students to participate in technical events, hackathons, coding competitions, and extracurricular activities within and beyond the institution.
